Livingston – Chili Challenge Presented By Teen Challenge September 27th from 11:00am-1:00pm at Livingston Central Park . The public pays $10 for a bowl and a drink, walks through and samples chili from various booths, listening to live music and testimonies from Adult and Teen Challenge residents and then votes for the best tasting chili. Come out and enjoy it!
