A mother and her teen daughter are under arrest Sunday and charged with drugging a woman in an attempt to kidnap her infant daughter. The suspect, Juliette Parker, lured unsuspecting mothers with young infants with offers of free photography sessions. Jonathan Vigliotti reports. Source
