Steve Downes has been broadcasting for nearly 30 years across the United States and internationally.  He spent 10 years hosting Rockline and was heard on the top rock stations in Los Angeles before arriving in Chicago doing mornings on  97.1 FM The Drive. Downes also voiced the character “Master Chief” for Microsoft’s blockbuster action video games in the Halo series.
