Martha Howard and Adrianne Pennington, executive director and director of the Bridges program, discuss the services available under the TEIS program in Tennessee, and how families can take advantage of the program themselves.

An early intervention, inside the Upper Cumberland’s Bridges program. The Bridges early intervention resource agency was established in 2016, and it’s there to help children with special needs in their earliest days. More importantly, the program provides a resource for families.
