Phil was playing rock music on the radio when “The Simpsons” hit your television and a cell phone came complete with its own 5 pound bag. Today, not much has changed–Metallica still gets turned up loud enough to scare the dog. Occasionally, Rock 93-7 lets him in the studio and, when they do, everybody wins!
