Mulvaney says Ukraine aid was tied to investigation into 2016

White House acting chief of staff Mick Mulvaney said a delay in millions of dollars in aid to Ukraine was tied in part to an investigation into supposed Ukrainian activity in the 2016 elections. Mulvaney briefed reporters at the White House on Thursday. Source
