Blinken condemns North Korean ICBM test, says 8,000 DPRK troops deployed near Ukraine border

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Thursday that 8,000 North Korean troops have been deployed to Ukraine’s border and are expected to engage in combat for Russia. Blinken said the use of North Korean troops is a sign of desperation and weakness from Russian President Vladimir Putin. Source
