Harris seeks to bolster youth vote in campaign’s closing days

Trump puts focus on Biden’s “garbage” remarks

Former President Donald Trump criticized President Biden for comments he made on a video call with Latino activists in which he appeared to call Trump supporters “garbage,” comments the White House alleges were misconstrued. Mr. Biden’s remarks were in response to a racist joke about floating garbage that was told by a comedian at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally on Sunday. Robert Costa reports. Source
