Dramatic video shows deadly encounter with kidnapping suspect
Police in North Carolina have released dramatic video of a deadly encounter with a kidnapping suspect last month. The dash cam footage begins at the tail end of a high-speed car chase involving the kidnapping suspect, 23-year-old Hugo Cortes-Ramirez. After police disabled his car, Cortes-Ramirez exchanged fire with police before sprinting into nearby woods. His body was later found in the woods with a pistol in his hand. Kenneth Craig reports.
