Anderson .Paak opens up about his difficult childhood

It’s been a busy year for singer-songwriter Anderson .Paak. In February, he won his first Grammy for best rap performance and in April, released his fourth studio album. This month he began a national tour and will be headlining Madison Square Garden next Thursday. “CBS This Morning” co-host Anthony Mason sat down with Paak to discuss his difficult childhood, early influences and career. The Dish: Chef Isaac Toups

Isaac Toups was born in Cajun country to a food-loving family that’s lived in Louisiana for more than 300 years. From barbecues and fish frys to shrimp and crawfish boils, his early years were filled with flavor. After starting out as professional chef, he worked for Emeril Lagasse in New Orleans, where he and his wife Amanda opened their own venue called Toups’ Meatery featuring house cured meats. Toups joins “CBS This Morning: Saturday” to discuss his culinary journey. Source

Actor Michael K. Williams on his “gut-wrenching” role in new Central Park Five series

Emmy-nominated actor Michael K. Williams is best known for portraying iconic characters like Omar Little on the HBO series “The Wire” and Chalky White on “Boardwalk Empire.” Now, Williams is starring in the new Netflix series “When They See Us” about the five New York City teenagers who were wrongfully convicted for the 1989 attack of a jogger in Central Park. Williams portrays Bobby McCray, the father of one of the teens. He joins “CBS This Morning: Saturday” to discuss his new role and why he saw himself in the group of young men. Source
