Americans have been spending more time at home since 2003, study finds

Some think Americans became homebodies during the pandemic. However, a new Princeton University study found that the average amount of time Americans spent at home had been increasing from 2003 to 2019, with the all-time high occurring in 2020. Why Hurricane Milton is stronger than many other hurricanes

Florida’s Gulf Coast region sees many hurricanes, but the storms have grown significantly stronger in the past few years. Hurricane Milton, which is heading towards the Tampa Bay area, has maximum sustained wind speeds of 165 miles per hour, as meteorologists and politicians call it potentially catastrophic. Hezbollah strikes Haifa, Israel, as IDF expands ground operations in southern Lebanon

On Tuesday, Hezbollah forces fired a barrage of rockets at Israel while more Israeli troops crossed the border into southern Lebanon. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said his military killed the potential next leader of the Iran-backed militant group Hezbollah on Tuesday after killing its leader Hassan Nasrallah last month.
