Clay/Pickett Co game cancelled due to COVID-19 giving Clay Co a 1-0 region win.

Every week on The High School Playbook, we break down high school games from around the Upper Cumberland. Warren County shuts out Cookeville with a 24-0 win to remain 9-0 in the season. DeKalb County’s passing game led them to victory over Livingston Academy. Monterey shuts out Jo Byrns 31-0 on the road, while Upperman wins a back and forth game against York Institute in Baxter. Jackson County falls to a tough region game against Cascade. Clay County and Pickett County’s game was cancelled due to COVID-19 giving Clay County a 1-0 region victory. Find out how the Small Business Development District is helping business owners.

Whether it’s help with planning, marketing, or trying to make your business grow, the Small Business Development Center is a resource for local businesses across the Upper Cumberland. The Center moved this year from under the guidance of Tennessee Tech to the Upper Cumberland Development District. In addition to its normal work, right now, the Center is a resource to help small businesses deal with COVID-19 and the ongoing challenges. Tyler Asher is Director of the Small Business Development Center. Maegan Smith is a business development specialist.
