SeedFork Of The Highlands’ Rodney Laulo talks growing, and eating local foods.
It’s been called a “food revolution.” A return to America’s food roots – away from large corporate farms. Food done locally. Food done at home. Grow it. Harvest it. Consume it. The Upper Cumberland many came to know this phenomenon through SeedFork Of The Highlands, and the annual Farm To Fork Dinner. But SeedFork is more, growing in new and different ways, bringing together those who believe in local food. Rodney Laulo is one of the leaders of that move.
