Pickett and Jackson counties both look to get back on the winning track Friday night in Gainesboro, Dekalb County will try to stay undefeated at home against Smith County. Talking growing drug problems with UCHRA Regional Opioid Coordinator Glen Sayes.

The first time usage of heroin in the United States has more than doubled in the last ten years. The drug which was more commonly thought of as a late 60s and early 70s mind-altering substance is more often seen today by law enforcement – including right here in the Upper Cumberland. We explore why with Glen Sayes. He is the Upper Cumberland’s Regional Opioid Coordinator with UCHRA.

All three Putnam County schools get the win Friday night with Upperman going 35-0 against York Institute, and Monterey beating Jo Byrns 35-6. Cookeville Head Coach Jimmy Maynord, and members of the Cookeville Cavaliers join us live from Chick-fil-A, Interstate Drive in Cookeville to recap last night’s 25-19 win against Warren County.
