The Upper Cumberland Rodeo Club is having its 12th Annual High School, October 4th-6th at Tennessee Tech University / Hyder-Burks Agricultural Pavilion.

Cookeville based D&S Community Services – with some 9 supported living homes in the Upper Cumberland – D&S offers everything from housing assistance to employment placement. That’s our focus today with Heather Miller, Executive Director of D&S Community Services.
