Week 3 proved to be an eventful week for high school football around the Upper Cumberland. The Cookeville Cavaliers managed their third win Friday night against Warren county, putting the Cavaliers 1-0 in the region. This week on the High School Playbook, Mike Allen chats with Cookeville head couch Jimmy Maynord, as well as a few Cavaliers players to get their view of how Friday night’s victory went. Joining us this week is White County Director of Schools Kurt Dronebarger as he discusses the recent decision to allow White County to play Friday night’s game against Rhea County.
