More than 40 hurt after water park wave machine malfunctions

Forty-four people were hurt when a water park wave machine in China malfunctioned, launching a tsunami-sized wave. Several swimmers were launched out of the pool and onto the pavement. The water park was closed and an investigation is underway. Source
