Trump loses bid to toss verdict in E. Jean Carroll case

President-elect Donald Trump has lost a bid to overturn a $5 million dollar verdict against him for sexual abuse and defamation. A federal appeals court upheld the damages awarded to E. Jean Carroll, who accused Trump of raping her in a department store dressing room about 30 years ago. Source
